2008-2009
Slapshots Participation Agreement

As a member of Slapshots, I agree to comply with the following rules:

• I will conduct myself in a spirited and enthusiastic manner in support of the MSU hockey team.
• I will wear the 2008-2009 Slapshots long-sleeve t-shirt to all home games on the outside of all other clothing while I am in the Munn Ice Arena. 
• I will comply with all rules and regulations in the Spartan Life Handbook and with all Munn Ice Arena rules and regulations. 
• I will respect others in the Munn Ice Arena at all times. 
• I will not attend any of the games while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
• I will refrain from using profane or offensive language in the Munn Ice Arena.
• I will not throw anything on the ice or at others in the arena.
• I will not sell or attempt to sell any of my Slapshot tickets for profit. 
• I understand that there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.
• I understand that I must be enrolled as a full-time student in an MSU degree-granting program (as defined by the University Registrar) for both Fall 2008 and Winter 2009 semesters.
• I will read the Slapshots policy on http://www.msusaf.com/Slapshots/default.cfm and abide by it.
• I understand that this Agreement applies to all Slapshots events.

If I fail to comply with any of the above rules, I understand that MSU may terminate this Agreement and demand the return of all of my tickets.  In the event MSU terminates this Agreement due to one or more violations of the above rules, I understand that I will not receive a refund, and that MSU may deny me from participating as a member of Slapshots in the future.
