As the role of media continues to develop, the SAF is looking to utilize any and every aspect to help spread the word creatively about all the different things we do.

WHAT IS SOCIAL MEDIA?

Social media is a means of communication through web-based technologies that connects users in a social network setting.

WHAT'S NEW WITH SOCIAL MEDIA AT SAF?

Our social media program is brand new this year and has great potential. SAF is connected to you through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Flickr. Now you can follow us on Tumblr! Our goal is to get you, the members, more actively involved in the things we're doing here at SAF so we've created several ways for you to interact with us.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?

There are several ways to get involved!

  • Follow us on Twitter, like us on Facebook, follow us on Tumblr, and check out our Youtube and Flickr channels.
  • Every Monday a new "Question of the Week" is posted to Facebook and Twitter. Answer these questions to win prizes, help us learn more about our members, learn more about your school, or just for fun.
  • Check out our membership video, retreat video, and many more on our Youtube channel. There will be many more videos posted throughout the year and more than likely you will be able to find yourself in one or more of them.
  • Send us your photos! We love hearing from our members and seeing MSU through your eyes. Send us your MSU photos and we will share them with your fellow Spartans. Photos can be sent to Erica Zazo at zazoeric@msu.edu.
  • Check the Facebook and Twitter page regularly for announcements, updates, event information, contest information, and program activities.
